Our 30-day return policy means that, after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to ensure that you receive what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
